PURPOSE: To shorten a period of time when ink is in a dried state on an intaglio after doctoring or on a blanket after-ink transfer by arranging an inking device on the downstream side in the moving direction of a form platen when ink is transferred to a blanket cylinder and arranging a doctor device on the upstream side in the moving direction of the form platen when ink is transferred by the blanket cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: An inking device 10 and a doctor device 11, which have a blanket cylinder 4 interposed therebetween, are arranged so as to be opposed to each other. The inking device 10 is arranged to a position adjacent to the downstream side in the moving direction of a form platen 7 when ink is transferred, namely, to the downstream side in the moving direction A when ink is transferred in the operation of a cart 3. On the other hand, the doctor device 11 is arranged to a position adjacent to the upstream side in the advancing direction A of the form platen 7 with respect to the blanket cylinder 4.
