PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an off-set printing paper high in opacity while having low basis weight and hardly generating blanket piling.SOLUTION: There is provided an off-set printing paper containing titanium oxide and having a basis weight of 25 to 40 g/m, a coating layer containing scaly particles and a binder arranged on a single side and double side surface and the content of the scaly particles in the coating layer is 72 mass% or more based on the total amount of the scaly particles and the titanium oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
