To provide an offset type screwdriver without causing trouble in screwing in and loosening of a screw or the like without protruding a holder member from an end part of a grip plate, without causing problems in keeping a tool section to the grip plate by loosening of the holder member, and very easy in replacing the tool section.
The offset type screwdriver comprises a tool section 1, a grip plate 2 and a holder member 3, wherein the tool section is of a short length, is provided with a head end 1a on one end side and a holding part 1b on other end side, the holding part being of a material attractable by a magnet; the grip plate is formed by superposing a metal plate 4 on a synthetic resin plate 5 and fixing to each other, a fitting hole 4a unrotatably fitted with the holding part of the tool section is being penetratingly formed on one end of the metal plate, a fitting hole 5a being recessed in a position corresponding to the fitting hole 4a in one end of the synthetic resin plate; the holder member is of a magnet; and the holder member is fitted in the fitting hole 5a of the synthetic resin plate and is held.
