To provide an offshore offloading device which is capable of transferring solid objects such as natural gas hydrate pellet between a plurality of offshore floating bodies such as offshore production facilities and transport ships while absorbing the relative displacement between offshore floating bodies caused by a sea condition, adaptable to the displacement in the turning direction between the offshore floating bodies by relatively reducing the size of a turning part, miniaturizing a turning mechanism, saving the driving force, and reducing the weight of the entire offloading device.
In the offloading device 1 for transferring solid objects conveyed from a first offshore floating body side 20 via a vertical direction conveying means 11 and horizontal direction conveying means 12A, 12B to a second offshore floating body 30 while dropping and guiding the solid objects by an expandable chute 13, a turning horizontal expansion part 15c provided on a fore end side of a fixed horizontal expansion part 15b with the horizontal direction conveying means 12A arranged thereon is turnably provided in the yaw direction of the first offshore floating body 20 together with a part of the horizontal direction conveying means 12B.
