Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently lubricate a thrust bearing by enabling oil to be uniformly fed to the full circumference in the circumferential direction of the outer ring flange of the thrust bearing.
SOLUTION: Three recessed grooves 23a, 23b, 23c are formed on the outer diameter face of an outer ring 10 with flange, and equal quantities of oil air are distributed and fed to the respective recessed grooves 23a, 23b, 23c through taper holes 22. Further, oil air distributed and fed to the respective recessed grooves 23, 23b, 23c are discharged to an outer ring flange 26 through a plurality of oil air outflow passages 25a, 25b, 25c which are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction deviating phases from each other.
