PURPOSE: To reduce the frequency of inspection and repair, by generating an alarm signal when abnormality warning signals are generated continuously by a preset frequency in the counting of detection signals from an abnormality decision means to capture any abnormality effectively during the operation of an equipment.
CONSTITUTION: A turbidity signal of a sample water W before emulsification is outputted from a differential amplifier 11 to be fed to an arithmetic circuit 12 while being compared with a set value by a comparator 15 to determine whether the SS component is at an abnormally high concentration. The decision signal is fed to a counter circuit 17 through a switch 16 and a signal is sent to an alarm circuit 18 from the circuit 17 when the counts reach a preset value. During the emulsifying operation, it is determined with a decision circuit 8 for function of generating ultrasonic waves whether ultrasonic waves are generated normally and the decision signal is sent to a counter circuit 10 when a lowered function is judged. When the counts of the signal reach a preset value, a signal is sent to the circuit 18 from the circuit 10. Thus, an alarm can be given effectively about any abnormality during the operation.
