To provide a capsule-containing composition in which the particle size of a capsule is easily controlled, an internal oil phase does not exude, the viscosity of an external water phase does not increase and capsules are not united into one, and which has excellent aging stability.

This oil content-involved capsule-dispersed body composition is obtained by dispersing aluminum salt, calcium salt or magnesium salt of an ester of starch or its hydrolysate and alkenyl succinic acid in the oil content, adding water to the salt-dispersed oil content to obtain a dispersed body and heating the obtained dispersed body at 50-90°C. As a result, the capsule-containing composition can be obtained, in which the particle size of the capsule is easily controlled, an internal oil phase does not exude, the viscosity of an external water phase does not increase and capsules are not united into one.
