PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a holding state of an oil cooler and a tank for a heat exchanger at a stage before brazing and form a secured brazing part after brazing.
SOLUTION: A device is provided with a tank main body 10 for aluminum-made heat exchanger having an oil cooler attachment hole provided on a wall surface 11, an aluminum-made oil cooler, wherein an insertion hole of an oil introducing in/out pipe 40 is provided in a seat part 22 and a plurality of projecting pieces 25 are erected around the insertion hole, arranged inside the tank 10 for the heat exchanger 10, a patch 30 comprising an aluminum brazing material arranged on the external periphery of the plurality of projecting pieces 25 of the oil cooler, and an oil introducing pipe which is inserted into an insertion hole provided on the seat part 22 of the oil cooler. Then the oil cooler is such that a plurality of projecting pieces of the seat part 22 is projected outward via an attachment hole of the oil cooler, and at the same time, the patch 30 is provided on the external periphery of the plurality of projecting pieces 25 of the sheet part 22, and the plurality of projecting pieces 25 are bent to the side of the patch 30 to be provided on a tank main body 10 for heat exchanger.
