Title:
OIL COOLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009204205
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce vibration when oil is input to an oil cooler.

The oil is supplied via oil supplying hoses 2a, 2b and inlet tubes 4a, 4b to an inlet side tubular header 11 at the center of a casing 1 of the oil cooler 10 provided at a front part of a radiator of an automobile for cooling the oil used for a continuously variable transmission CVT by travel wind. The oil is fed to outlet-side tubular header 12a, 12b via a plurality of right/left tube slots 6a-6d, 6e-6h and returned to the continuously variable transmission via outlet tubes 5a, 5b by oil returning hoses 3a, 3b. The oil supplying routes 2a, 2b; 4a, 4b and the oil returning routes 5a, 5b; 3a, 3b are arranged to be plane-symmetrical with respect to a central plane of the oil cooler 10, which can input the vibration of inputting the oil to the oil cooler 10 via the two oil supplying routes by opposite phase and can offset the vibration.
