Title:
OIL DEFLECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015010713
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil deflector capable of minimizing interference between a shaft and a ring support, minimizing frictional heat, suppressing generation of static electricity, and keeping a contact state with the shaft even when an axis of the shaft is vibrated in a transient operation state in starting a steam turbine.SOLUTION: An oil deflector includes a ring support disposed to surround an outer periphery of a shaft, and having a front surface support portion and a rear surface support portion, a plurality of rows of teeth (teeth-shaped member) projected from inner peripheries of the front surface support portion and the rear surface support portion and respectively kept into contact with an outer periphery of the shaft at end portions, movable teeth projected from a front part of the teeth of the front surface support portion and a rear part of the teeth of the rear surface support portion, and biased and supported toward a central direction of the shaft, and an injection flow channel forming an air curtain by allowing a pressure gas to flow between the teeth of the front surface support portion and the movable teeth.
