Abstract:
To provide an oil dust removal filter for a heat exchanger where a cleaning frequency and a replacement frequency of the fins of the heat exchanger are reduced.SOLUTION: An oil dust removal filter 1 for a heat exchanger is laminated with a plurality of net-like bodies 10 formed by fine lines made by metal or a synthetic resin. At least one of a mesh position and a mesh shape of each net-like body 10 has a structure that deviation exists in a lamination direction in at least a part of range from one side in a lamination direction to the other side. Oil dust is captured not only around a front surface in an intake direction but also at a deep side in a thickness direction and an oil dust removal ratio can be kept for a long period. Therefore, the oil dust removal filter is disposed at the intake side (upstream from the fin in an intake direction (forward) side) of a heat exchanger, a cleaning frequency and a replacement frequency of members such as fins and the like in the heat exchanger can be reduced and maintenance cost can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
