To provide an oil and fat composition formulated with nontempering type hard butters and containing a large amount of cocoa butters, and chocolates containing the oil and fat composition each prevented from fat bloom without performing complicated tempering operation.
This oil and fat composition containing a fat bloom preventing agent and the chocolates containing the oil and fat composition are each obtained by including as a fat bloom preventing agent, at least one kind selected from the group consisting of glycerol organic acid fatty acid ester, polyglyceryl saturated fatty acid ester, and sorbitan saturated fatty acid ester, in the oil and fat composition formulated with nontempering type hard butters and containing a large amount of cocoa butters and the chocolates containing the oil and fat composition. As a result of this, it is possible to prevent fat bloom without performing complicated tempering operation.
