To easily clean the place to place a container in which oil is fed, and to easily insert an oil feed nozzle into an oil feed port of the container in which oil is fed by providing a nozzle case having the oil feed nozzle and whose forward part is inclined upward and a base below the nozzle case to place the container in which oil is fed under an expansion part of an indicator case.

A nozzle case 3 whose forward part is inclined upward is provided below an expansion part of an indicator case 2 which is expanded to one side of a body case 1, and a base to place a container in which oil is fed is provided below the nozzle case 3. When oil is fed into a plastic tank which is the container in which oil is fed, an oil feed port in the plastic tank is abutted on an oil feed nozzle 15, and placed on the base 4 which is advancing/retractable and three sides of which are opened. When an operation lever 17 is turned to the proximal side, the oil feed nozzle 15 is lowered by an elevating/lowering mechanism and inserted into the oil feed port in the plastic tank. When a start key is pressed by a keyboard 31, a control device 32 starts a motor, and opens a drive and control valve of a pump to start the oil feed.
