Abstract:
The oil filter (100) has a suction oil pump connected at an oil outlet (7), where the oil pump produces negative pressure between an oil inlet (1) and the oil outlet. A coarse filter medium (4) e.g. plastic fabric, and a fine filter medium (3) e.g. plastic fleece, are arranged between the oil inlet and the oil outlet, where the filter filters a portion of volume of oil using the coarse filter medium independent of viscosity of the oil penetrating through the inlet, and filters the remaining portion of volume of oil using the fine filter medium. A spacer is provided between the mediums.
