After a prescribed width is ensured in a part of the bottom surface 42-1 of an oil gutter 42, a prescribed height H is ensured in both side 42-2 parts, and the upper edge part are bent to form return parts 44 having a prescribed return width W so that the end parts of the return parts 44 are mutually opposed. When the edges of the oil gutter 42 are bent to form the return parts 44, the return parts 44 are formed with an inside inclination, respectively. The limit oil supplying quantity in turning can be increased by the return parts 44.
