A side panel 3 is mounted at the side of a radiating fin 2. The panel 3 has a first temperature sensor and a second temperature sensor. The first sensor is disposed at the upper part of the panel 3, and the second sensor is disposed at the lower part of the panel 3. Substantially accurate room temperature can be measured by the outputs from the first and second sensors.
