To provide an oil heating device for adequately heating the working oil of an automatic transmission by adjusting the exhaust air of an internal combustion engine to a suitable temperature when heating the working oil using heat of the exhaust air.
In the internal combustion engine 5, the exhaust air discharged from the combustion chambers 23 to 25 of a first bank 21 flows through a first discharge pipe 31. A bypass pipe 37 branched from the first discharge pipe 31 extends to the lower part of an oil pan of the automatic transmission 40. The working oil of the automatic transmission 40 is heated by the heat of the exhaust air flowing through the bypass pipe 37. An electrical control device 70 performs temperature-rise control for the ignition timing delay in the combustion chambers 23 to 25 of the first bank 21.
