To reduce vibration of a hydraulic pipe due to pulsation, when an oil hydraulic pump is operated, and suppress transmission of vibration of a pulsation reducing hose to a structure in the periphery of the oil hydraulic pump.

A tip end side 21A of a pulsation reducing hose 21 connecting a base end side to a delivery port of an oil hydraulic pump 12 and a tip end side 23A of a pulsation reducing hose 23 connecting a base end side to a delivery port of an oil hydraulic pump 13 are connected by using an elastic ring 25, so as to be restricted by each other, and a free end without abutting to a turn frame 5 or the like is formed. In this way, in addition to that pulsation of pressure oil delivered to a delivery pipe 18 from the oil hydraulic pump 12 can be reduced by the pulsation reducing hose 21 and pulsation of pressure oil delivered to a delivery pipe 19 from the oil hydraulic pump 13 can be reduced by the pulsation reducing hose 23, transmission of vibration of each pulsation reducing hose 21, 23 to the turn frame 5 or the like can be suppressed.
