To provide a small oil-impregnated film capacitor, which can be used to a high frequency, by forming a capacitor element by setting an insulating supporter having split grooves and screw holes on both ends as a core and screwing and fixing a terminal electrode cover to the insulating supporter.

In an oil-impregnated film capacitor a capacitor element with metallikon electrode is stored in a case 3. A terminal electrode cover 4 where a screw whole 11 for fixing the insulating supporter is installed in a center and plural holes 12 for impregnating oil and connecting electrode are installed at the periphery covers both ends of the case 3. The element is fastened/fixed to the insulating supporter 6 by screws 5 in the case center hole 11. The terminal electrode cover 4 is cured by applying epoxy resin 13 to both ends of the case. The connection and the sealing of the terminal electrode cover 4 at a base part and the metallikon electrode 8 of a capacitor element are executed in a soldering part 7 at the hole parts 12. Then, insulating oil is filled from the hole parts 12 on the upper terminal electrode cover 4. The connection and the sealing of the metallikon electrode 8 and the terminal electrode cover 4 are executed by the soldering part 7 at the hole parts 12.
