PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsified type multilayered cosmetic requiring short time for separating into a layered formation and having a beautiful appearance.
SOLUTION: This oil-in-water emulsified type multilayered cosmetic is characterized in that the cosmetic comprises polyethylene glycol having 150-25,000 mean degree of polymerization, a polyoxyethylene-based nonionic surfactant and an oil ingredient and the viscosity of the composition is <50 mPa.s at 30°C.
