Abstract:
To provide methods for stabilizing emulsification by adding processes of an emulsification stabilizer such as directly adding to a liquid composition containing water and oil, adding during the production of the liquid composition and then emulsifying, or adding to an emulsified composition and then mixing together, and to provide such an emulsification stabilizer and compositions emulsified by the emulsification stabilizer.SOLUTION: Bacterial cellulose composite powder produced in a particular manner is effective in emulsification stabilization, and dissolves by simple stirring even in liquids with high salt-concentration or with low pH. Therefore, it is effective in emulsification stabilization of various compositions.SELECTED DRAWING: None
