Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil-in-water-type cosmetic useful for a cosmetic, capable of excellently emulsifying various oil agents, improved in stability, having no greasy feeling after use, providing skin with excellent emollient effects and humectant effects.
SOLUTION: This oil-in-water-type cosmetic comprises (A) a polyoxyethylene addition type castor oil having 10-60 addition mols of ethylene oxide, (B) a polyoxyethylene addition type sorbitol fatty acid ester having 10-60 addition mols of ethylene oxide and (C) an oil agent.
