Abstract:
To provide an oil-in-water type emulsified composition having high moisturizing effects and good in stability with time and feeling in use.
The oil-in-water type emulsified composition is an oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic comprising: (A) 20 mass% or more of an oily ingredient comprising, (i) a higher alcohol, (ii) a silicone oil, and (iii) a fatty acid triglyceride; (B) 10 mass% or more of a 2-10C dihydric or higher alcohol and/or sugar alcohol; and (C) 50 mass% or less of water.
