Abstract:
To provide an oil-in-water hair treating agent having a small average particle diameter of an oil phase containing diisostearyl malate.
The oil-in-water hair treating agent is prepared by blending the following raw materials (A), (B) and (C). They are: (A) diisostearyl malate; (B) sorbitol and/or dipropylene glycol; and (C) polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil.
