Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten the time for oil injection into automatic speed changers at the assembly stage and thereby raise the productivity by allowing an injection device to inject oil through the turbine hub of a torque converter assembly with an oil pressure necessary to heave the turbine assembly. CONSTITUTION:An oil injection device 4 inserts its pipe part 42 from the central opening F of a torque converter assembly 1 and fits outer spline 40 furnished at the tip of said pipe part on the mating inner spline 15a of the turbine hub 15, and through itself it permits an oil feeder pipe 5 coupled at the hole 4a for junction to send the oil under the turbine assembly 3 with an oil pressure necessary to expand the gap A formed by contact of the turbine hub 15 with a boss 17.
