PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil injection type screw compressor capable of preventing oil from leaking into a motor casing storing a motor for driving a male rotor via a rotor shaft.
SOLUTION: A first seal ring 11 having an oil seal 11a where a lip slides with the rotor shaft 23 is disposed on the motor 27 side of the rotor shaft 23, and a second seal ring 12 having an O-ring 12a tightly contacting with the rotor shaft 23 is fitted with the motor 27 side of the first seal ring 11a of the rotor shaft 23. An oil gathering annular groove 10b that lies between the first and second seal rings 11 and 12 by a first flow channel 13 and circumferentially disposed in the inner peripheral surface of a bearing pressure foot 10 is communicated with an air sucking passage 2b, and traps oil drop flying from the second seal ring 12 through a second flow channel 14. A fly oil trapping space 10a that is circumferentially disposed in the inner peripheral surface of the bearing pressure foot 10 is communicated with the air sucking passage 2b, and an air supply passage 7 is communicated between the first and second seal rings 11 and 12 through a purge air supply passage 15.
