To prevent oil from dropping in a filter basin by loading an oil receiving section for opening the upper part thereof onto the lower part of a transmission case of a stained sand scraper, and building an oil adsorption material in the inside thereof.
The upper surfaces of both front and rear ends are closed, and an oil receiver 40 having an opening section providing an elastic material such as rubber, etc., at the upper edge is mounted in an intermediate section so as to surround the lower part of a scrape body frame 2. A metal fixture 43 mounting one end of an oil adsorption material 42 at the front end is inserted from the front opening section in an insertable manner. The front opening section is closed with a cover 45 and is fixed with a wing bolt 46. By the constitution, when oil is leaked, it is received in the oil receiver, and it can be adsorbed with the oil adsorption material.
