Abstract:
To improve an oil gauge for detecting the liquid surface position by inserting into a lubricating oil reservoir of an internal combustion engine.
The oil level gauge inserted into a lubricating oil reservoir in the bottom part of the internal combustion engine from the outside of the internal combustion engine is equipped with a holding part 8 for holding in insertion/extraction; a flexible wire 7 whose one end is connected to the holding part 8; and a guide part 2 installed in the other part of the flexible wire 7, and the guide part 2 is formed in a columnar shape.
