PURPOSE: To allow to quickly attach and detach a fixed filter by providing a plurality of fitting parts to the attachment frame of the outer periphery of the fixed filter and attaching this fixed filter so that it is made concentric with a fan and a drum provided in a main body case.
CONSTITUTION: The fixed filter 10 of an oil mist removing device is fixed to a cylinder from the inside and the outside with a retainer 14 and an attachment frame 15. The retainer 14 is a cylinder having a network or many small holes and has such property that it is made extendable to the outer part. Therefore the fixed filter 10 is held by pinching it between the retainer 14 and the attachment frame 15. This attachment frame 15 forms fitting parts 19 by providing eight pieces of connecting frames 18 orthogonal to two annular frames 17 at even intervals on the frames 17. Therefore the fixed filter 10 can be attached quickly only by inserting it into the fitting parts 19 and turning it.
