Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the wear of an inner periphery of a bore.SOLUTION: A hydraulic control valve 1 has a cylindrical bore 3, and a spool 4 in which a plurality of lands 41, 42, and 43 of outer diameters fitted with an inter diameter D1 of the bore 3 is provided at intervals in an axis X direction. The hydraulic control valve 1 switches the communication/interception of an input port 32 (a supply port) communicated with an inner periphery 30 of the bore 3 and an output port 33 (a discharge port) communicated with the inner periphery 30 of the bore 3, by moving the spool 4 inserted into the bore 3 forward/backward in the axis X direction. The output port 33 is communicated with the bore 3 through a communication path 38 surrounding an outer periphery of the bore 3, and in the communication path 38, long wall portions 381 and 381 (an inner wall) extending in the diametrical direction of the axis X are provided with a recessed portion 34 depressed in a direction separating from the communication path 38 and a projection 35 in the recessed portion 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
