Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the limitless continuous pressure feed of a piston by introducing a piston merging a spring type piston expander with the piston panel within the cylinder provided for a slope rail. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder provided for a slope rail 7 is comprising a built-in piston merging a piston panel 3 with a spring type piston expander 4. When the pressure oil is fed into the bottom located pressure chamber 9 with a bottom located oil pressure pump b, sucking the oil from the top position pressure chamber 9 with a top positioned oil pump b, the piston is moving upward caused by the area difference of applied pressure between the piston of an induction chamber 6 and the piston of the pressure chamber 9, causing the spring type piston expander 4 to expand and contract along the taper surface of the slope rail 7 as the piston is moving upward. This enables the piston to actuate limitlessly and continuously since the piston is passing through the cylinder with the limited cylinder length and the limited fixed oil amount.
