Title:
OIL PRESSURE REGULATING DEVICE FOR V-BELT TYPE STEPLESS SPEED CHANGING APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS56153147
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To minimize a loss of engine output to be induced by an oil pump by controlling a line pressure to be within a necessary minimum range by the provision of a torque ratio pressure control valve, a throttle valve, a regulator valve and a manual valve. CONSTITUTION:The stepless speed changing apparatus in a transmission 20 for an automobile comprises the V-belt type stepless speed changing unit 30 and a planetary gear transmission 40 for switching between the foreward and back operations. The stepless speed changing unit 30 has a pair of oil pressure servo-mechanisms 313 and 323 which drive respectively movable flanges 312 and 322. The oil pressure control circuit for controlling the oil pressure within oil passages 2 and 1 through which the oil is supplied to these oil pressure servo-mechanisms 313 and 323 is constituted by an oil pressure source, manual valve, shift control mechanism, input side pulley control device and an oil pressure regulating device 60. The oil pressure regulating device 60 is constituted by the regulator valve, throttle valve 65 and the torque ratio pressure control valve 66. The torque ratio pressure control velve 66 is connected with a feedback oil passage 10 through which the oil pressure is exhausted successively accompanying with an increase in the throttle opening degree.
