On the inside end face of a housing, an intake chamber 19 sectioned by means of a partition wall 26 is arranged, and on the inside of the intake chamber 19, a bottomed pump chamber 20 sectioned by means of a circumference wall 27 is arranged so as to store a pump 21, and an intake chamber 22, which is provided with an opening 22a corresponding to an expansion side space L of the pump 21 and is connected to an oil reservoir inside a tank, is connected to a specific area S inside the intake chamber 19 facing one intake port 35 via a communication passage 30, while a weir 40 separating one side of the specific area S is arranged between the partition wall 26 and the circumference wall 27. Consequently, vacuumization in the intake passage is strongly promoted, so that quick start of a pump operation can be secured.
