Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a damage to the wall surfaces of a bypass path caused by the injection (injection flow) of a hydraulic oil discharged from a flow control valve to the bypass path as an excess oil.
SOLUTION: An oil pump device is provided with a pump mechanism part 1 which discharges a pressure oil for power assisting and a flow control valve 2 which refluxes a part of the delivery oil discharged from the pump mechanism 1 as an excess oil to the suction side 19 of the pump mechanism 1. Also a throttle 24 which is located in the flow control valve and controls a flow fed to a power assist part is disposed, and a bypass hole 21 to reflux the excess oil to the pump mechanism part 1 side is disposed near the throttle. In addition, continuously with the bypass hole 21, a bypass path 11 to reflux an excess oil discharged from the bypass hole 21 to the suction side 19 of the pump mechanism part 1 is disposed, and the opening part of a reservoir path is disposed near the connection part between the bypass hole 21 and bypass path 11. Then the cross section of the bypass path 11 in lateral direction is made larger than that of the bypass hole 21 at least in the direction of injection of the excess flow.
