Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an oil pump of a hermetic compressor reducing manufacturing cost by way of facilitating manufacture of a cylinder having a slot to receive a projection of a rotor.
CONSTITUTION: A cylinder 1 is provided, an eccentric shaft 76 is provided on the lower end of a rotation axis, this eccentric shaft 76 is arranged inside of the cylinder 71, and a rotor 77 sliding on the inner peripheral surface of the rotor 77 is arranged inside of the cylinder 71. Additionally, the rotor 77 is fit on the circumference of the eccentric shaft 76 free to rotate, a projection 78 partitioning the inner space of the cylinder 76 into an oil feeding tank and an oil exhausting tank i; integrally formed on the outer peripheral part of the rotor 77, this projection 78 is inserted into a slot 79 formed on the inner peripheral part of the cylinder 71, and a part 77a positioned at the bottom of the projection 78 on the outer peripheral part of the rotor 77 is cut out.
