To provide an oil pump capable of preventing the occurrence of wear and seizure of each part in startup, and of ensuring stable performance, and to provide a lubricating structure of an oil pump.
This oil pump is provided with an oil introduction passage 50 for introducing oil pumped by an oil gallery 86 arranged in a cylinder block 14L of an engine into a rotor housing part 41. The oil from the oil gallery 86 is supplied into the rotor housing part 41 through the oil introduction passage 50 in restarting the oil pump 31, an outer rotor 34 and an inner rotor 33 in the rotor housing part 41 are rapidly lubricated after startup, and the occurrence of wear and seizure of each part in the startup can be prevented.
