Title:
OIL PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2824413
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge air as rapidly as possible even though air is sucked from an inlet opening, by forming an air vent hole communicated with a pump outside in a position where respective inlet and discharge side ports in a part made to serve as the pressurizing chamber of a trochoid pump are hidden, and also which is closest to the discharge side port.
SOLUTION: An oil pump P is changed in a condition that it is communicated with a discharge side port 3 after being communicated with a suction side port 9 and sealed in the middle of such a state that a space S between the inner circumferential part of an outer rotor 6 and the peripheral part of an inner rotor G is moved from the suction side port 9 to the discharge side port 3, and discharges oil to the discharge side port 3 under a pressurizing condition. In this case, an air vent hole 8 communicated with a pump outside is formed in a position, where is a part that made to serve as the pressurizing chamber of a trochoid pump, that is, the space S, and also a sealed space whose both sides are closed by blocks 1A, 1B of a casing, further where the suction and discharge side ports 3, 9 are hidden, and furthermore where is closest to the discharge side port 3.
