Abstract:
To reduce noise generated in an oil pump, by using an oil pump rotor having sufficient adhesion between a base material and a resin skin.SOLUTION: In an oil pump having an inner rotor and an outer rotor, the inner rotor and the outer rotor are configured from a sintered body. A skin is formed, which is made from fluorine resin bridged to at least one surface selected from an end surface and an inner peripheral surface of the inner rotor, a surface of teeth provided on an outer peripheral surface of the inner rotor, an end surface and an outer peripheral surface of the outer rotor, and a surface of teeth provided on an inner peripheral surface of the outer, and the thickness of the skin is made to be 20 μm to 200 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
