Abstract:
To provide a safe and environmentally friendly sheet usable for packaging paper for heating foods, etc., having oil resistance/water resistance and heat resistance.
The oil-resistant/water-resistant sheet is characterized as having a coating layer containing at least polyvinyl alcohol and shellac on at least one surface of a substrate. Furthermore, the oil-resistant/water-resistant sheet is characterized as having the coating layer successively formed from a coating film containing at least the polyvinyl alcohol and a coating film containing at least the shellac on at least the one surface of the substrate.
