Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an oil sealing ring having a little wear and excellent sealing properties, comprising a soft material such as aluminum alloy to be used for lightening an automatic speed change gear as an opponent material of sliding.
CONSTITUTION: A resin composition comprising main components obtained by blending 30-78wt.% one resin selected from a group consisting of a polyetheretherketone resin, a polyethernitrile resin, a polyetherketone resin and a wholly aromatic thermoplastic polyimide resin with 10-45wt.% carbon fibers having 1-20μm average fiber diameter and 1-50 aspect ratio, 2-25wt.% tetrafluoroethylene resin and 10-40wt.% powdery talc (0.5-40μm average particle diameter) or 10-40wt.% powdery calcium carbonate or calcium sulfate is molded to give an oil seal ring.
