Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil sealing device for a roots blower capable of surely preventing the leakage of the lubricant accommodated in a driving chamber, and preventing the progress of deterioration of a bearing and a gear caused by the shortage of the lubricant.
SOLUTION: The flow of the air R from a pressure feed chamber C1 accommodating a rotor for press feeding the air toward the gear 12 and the driving chamber C accommodating the lubricant J along the axial direction of rotor shafts 13A, 13B, is converted into the flow toward the radial outer side of the rotor shafts 13A, 13B by groove parts 21A, 21B formed on parts exposed to a chamber C4, of the rotor shafts 13A, 13B.
