Abstract:
To efficiently separate oil from a gas fluidizing through a suction passage communicating a cavity of a vacuum die casting device and a suction port of a vacuum pump.SOLUTION: An oil separation device 23 is provided at a suction passage 30 communicating a cavity 2 of a mold 3 and a suction port 20a of a vacuum pump 20, and separates oil from a combustion gas fluidizing through the suction passage 30. The oil separation device 23 comprises: a large diameter oil separation part 40 swirling the combustion gas at a first swirling radius; and a small diameter oil separation part 41 arranged on the downstream side of the suction passage 30 than the large diameter oil separation part 40 and swirling the combustion gas at a second swirling radius smaller than the first swirling radius.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
