Abstract:
To provide an oil solution for sizing process, having excellent processability and effective for suppressing the stickiness of a sintered metal part after processing and the discoloration of the surface of the part after the surface-treatment.
The sizing agent contains a base oil, a discoloration preventing agent such as a thiadiazole compound and a stickiness preventing agent such as phenolic compound and amine compound. The base oil contains 20-100 pts.wt. of a synthetic ester and/or oil-and-fat based on 100 pts.wt. of the base oil, the content of the discoloration preventing agent is 0.02-5 pts.wt. and that of the stickiness preventing agent is 0.02-5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the base oil.
