PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a circulation resistance of oil by making an oil flow toward an oil outflow port smooth when storing a filter in a flat casing.SOLUTION: The casing 3 includes: a flat shape part 3a for storing the filter 2; an oil outflow cylinder part 3b formed in a cylindrical shape projecting from the flat shape part 3a and having the oil outflow port 4 at the tip thereof; and an expansion part 13 for expanding a flow passage cross section on a base end side of the oil outflow cylinder part 3b in a width direction of the flat shape part 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
