PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply sufficient oil to a total unit of a valve system by a small number of part items.
SOLUTION: In a four-cycle internal combustion engine mounted in a vehicle by an attitude large front tilting a cylinder, oil passages t13, t14, guiding oil supplied from an oil pump to an upper side wall 34b of a cylinder head cover 34 large front tilted similarly to the cylinder 32, are formed, a downstream end opening 34e of the oil passages t13, t14 is formed in an upper side wall inner surface of the cylinder head cover 34 toward a valve system 56 in an upper side of the internal combustion engine.
