In this oil syringe 1 having an oil guide pipe 4 in it, an oil hole 8 is formed in the upper part of the oil guide pipe 4, an upper stopper 6 is arranged slightly above the oil hole 8, and a lower stopper 7 is arranged at a part right below the oil hole 8. Further, an oil block 9 is provided to have size enough to allow closing of the oil hole 8 when the oil block is freely reciprocated between the upper and lower parts 6 and 7 and moved to the lower stopper 7 side.
