Title:
OIL TAKING-OUT STRUCTURE OF FRAME OIL TANK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3672389
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate maintenance inspection work of a strainer, and simplify an installing structure of the strainer by arranging an oil taking-out port of a down tube in a position raised by a prescribed dimension from an oil tank bottom part.
SOLUTION: Oil in a down tube 43 enters a hole 76a of a bolt 76 from a strainer part 75b, and returns to an engine in a passage of an oil return pipe 72 by passing through a head 72a. An oil taking-out port 57 exists in a position raised by a prescribed dimension H from a blind patch 62 (a bottom part of an oil tank), and therefore, even if a foreign matter such as refuse gathers in a bottom part of the down tube 43, the foreign matter does not flow out of the oil taking-out port 57. Therefore, since the strainer part 75b installed in the oil taking-out port 57 hardly clogs in meshes by the foreign matter such as refuse, maintenance-inspection work of a strainer 75 can be obviated.
