Abstract:
To provide: an oil tanker crude oil tank corrosion prevention process in which the corrosion of the bottom of oil tanker crude oil tank can be suppressed without changing the material of the tank; and a ship equipped with equipment to perform said corrosion prevention process.SOLUTION: Provided are: an oil tanker crude oil tank corrosion prevention process characterized in taking out the crude oil from a crude oil tank of an oil tanker, followed by injecting a liquid containing an antibacterial agent into the crude oil tank; and a ship equipped with equipment to perform said corrosion prevention process. For the corrosion prevention process, there are: a process in which an antibacterial agent is added to the residual liquid collected at the bottom of the tank and blowing to the tank; and a process in which an inert gas is filled in the tank, followed by spraying a liquid containing an antibacterial agent into the tank.SELECTED DRAWING: None
