To provide an oil temperature control device of an automatic transmission, which performs temperature control for effectively facilitating temperature drop and temperature rise.
The oil temperature control device of the automatic transmission comprises heat exchangers 7, 8 for oil lubricating the automatic transmission T, which are arranged in a cooling water passage 1, 2 of an engine E. The cooling water passage 1, 2 of the engine E has an radiator 4 and is divided into an inlet side cooling water passage 1 and an outlet side cooling water passage 2 at a border of the radiator 4. When oil temperature is below a predetermined temperature, the heat exchanger 7 is heated by cooling water of the inlet side cooling water passage 1 to promote oil temperature rise. When the oil temperature is above the predetermined temperature, the heat exchanger 8 is heated by cooling water of the outlet side cooling water passage 2 to promote oil temperature drop.
