To decrease the number of part, items making light-weighted, improval of handling, and reduction of a manufacturing cost and an assembling cost by a method wherein a spring component and a relief valve are integrated into one body, a part of the spring component is used as a valve seat, and a valve disc is formed by a leaf spring or it is used by being combined with a flat spring.
A relief valve 5 with a filter retaining leaf wherein a filter- retaining leaf spring 5a and a relief valve main body 6 are integrated into one body, is used for a case main body 1 before mounting a mounting plate 1a. Further, a filter 2 is equipped onto one end side of a cylinder body 3a of a support member 3, an end edge of a cylindrical body 3a and a plate 3c are contained, and a valve element 7 is fitted onto the other end side of the cylindrical body 3a. Furthermore, that wherein the mounting plate 1b is integrated with a blocking plate 1e is inserted into a mounting hole of the valve element 7, the mounting plate 1b is mounted onto a peripheral edge of an opening part of the case 1, and the filter 2 is contained in the case 1 and pinched between the filter-retaining leaf spring 5a and the blocking plate 1e.
